At the end of the consignment period, all unsold items benefit charity. If you do not want your unsold items to benefit charity, you may request a pick up through the online form. TROVE will collect all items priced at $50 or more at no charge to you.

Consign
TROVE will sell your items for 7 weeks and you will earn a 40% commission (or 50% in Store Credit)*.
Drop Offs
Items a consignor brought in and were initially accepted at the Drop Off Counter.
Go-Backs
Items that did not pass our second inspection and will not be processed. They are held for 7 days and then donated. You do not have to schedule a time to retrieve these. These are not itemized in consignor portals.
Store Credit
Your balance will remain on file at TROVE for you to spend at your convenience. You receive 50% commission this way - 25% more than cash equivalent and your balance never expires.
Simple ACH
An online financial service that will deposit your commission into your bank account. This will be initiated on the Payout Date for the associated sold items.
Consignor Access Portal
An online portal that tracks the status of your items. Simple Pay can also be set up through this portal.
Expiration Day
The last day of your contract period. Items sold after this date will not be credited to your account.
Unsold Pickups
Items that did not sell during the contract period. For these items to be gathered, you must request them, in advance, through the online form. TROVE will gather all items listed for $50 or more at no charge to you. Unsold pickups are only held for 7 days - after that they may be donated, sold or recycled.
