We will look over your items a 2nd time.
We may decide to pass on items that we originally accepted. These are called go-backs.
We will steam, price, hang and tag each item.
Priced items will be moved to the sales floor immediately.
Receive your login info and view the status of the items you're selling 24/7!
Receive your itemized price list.
Receive the start, discount and expiration dates for your 7-week contract.
Receive notice to confirm if you'd like to donate or pick up your go-backs.
You will not receive further reminders to pick up your go-backs/expired items
Stop by anytime - no appointment needed!
Make sure items are cleaned, free of damage and seasonal before bringing them in!
Shop around or wait in the store while we look through your items.
Receive a drop off receipt confirming item count of what we accepted and an estimated time frame for when your items will be priced.
Receive 50% in store credit for all sold items during your 7-week contract period.
Receive 40% cash payout for all sold items during your 7-week contract period.
* you may elect one of these two payment methods at Drop Off
Checks are mailed on the 15th of the month after your contract expires.
*all payouts under $25 will be paid in cash in-store only.
Receive an invoice with your check of sold items and fees if applicable.
