  • Is there free parking?
    We have free parking next to Pitfire Pizza. Additional parking is available on Westwood Blvd and La Grange Ave.

  • What forms of payment does TROVE accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover), cash and store credit
  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final.
  • When can we drop off merchandise to consign?
    No appointment is necessary! We are open 7-days a week and accept items every day. Depending on the volume of items you bring and the traffic in the store, drop-offs can take anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes. There may be a wait to have your items screened. We kindly request that you remain in the store while we screen your items. Please note that additional items may be passed-on at the time of pricing.
  • What does TROVE accept for consignment?
    TROVE accepts seasonal clothing, housewares, jewelry, accessories, collectibles, small furniture and decor. All items must be clean, absolutely free of any pet hair and in very good condition to be accepted. We encourage you to visit our store and see for yourself the variety of pieces that we accept for consignment.
  • Is there a maximum amount of items I can bring in?
    No! Trove is always accepting great pieces for consignment. If you are bringing a large number of items please plan to spend more time at the drop off counter.
  • What happens to items that trove passes on after my initial drop-off?
    Sometimes the pricing team will find defects with your items after the initial screen and during the pricing process. If that is the case, we will include this information in the email with your price list. We will hold the passed-on items for 7 days, after that they will be donated on your behalf. For more details please refer to our Consignor Agreement.
  • How long does processing take?
    We typically process your consignment within 10 days from the time you drop off your items. At your initial drop off, the intake specialist will provide an estimated processing time.
  • When will trove put my items on the sales floor?
    Once your items have been processed, you will be emailed your price list and your items will be put on the sales floor immediately. Be sure to check your spam folder or email us if you do not receive this email after 21 days. TROVE is not responsible for emails filtered to spam/junk folders.
  • How long are my items on the sales floor?
    Your items will sell for 7 weeks. For more details please refer to our Consignor Agreement.
  • How much will I receive for my items?
    You will earn 50% commission in Store Credit or 40% in cash equivalent. For more details please refer to our Consignor Agreement.
  • How and when will I be paid for my consignment?
    TROVE pays commissions due via direct deposit if they total $50 or more. Payouts under $50 may be collected in person at TROVE. For more details please refer to our Consignor Agreement.
  • How do I access my consignor access portal?
    Please use this link and log in with your consignor ID number. After consigning, you will receive an invitation to log in for the first time.
  • What does TROVE do with my items that did not sell?
    All unsold items may be retrieved by consignors. Advanced notice is required. We kindly ask that you schedule a pick up ahead of time with our booking system. Any unsold items left behind will benefit the charity of TROVE's choice. For more details please refer to our Consignor Agreement.
  • How does TROVE determine the pricing of items?
    TROVE uses a proprietary pricing tool to determine each item price. Pricing is based on the resale market value, taking into account the item condition, age, style, label and market demand.
  • How does TROVE authenticate designer goods?
    We use a sophisticated Artificial Intelligence software to authenticate designer bags. This tool provides a 99% accuracy rate. Additional designer goods are authenticated by an in-house team of experts and a 3rd party group of authenticators as necessary. We may pass on designer goods that do not have authentication documents or receipts.
